We deliver customized products across Pakistan. Since every order is personalized according to the customer's requirements, orders usually require 2–4 working days for customization/processing before dispatch.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Other Areas: 3–7 working days after dispatch

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

📦 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges must be paid according to the order details.

📱 Order Confirmation

For customized orders, our team may contact you via phone/WhatsApp to confirm the name, spelling, photo, size, and other customization details before production.

  • Please provide the correct name, address, phone number and customization details.

  • Once customization has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

  • Customers should provide an active phone number to avoid delivery delays.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, additional delivery attempts may be subject to the courier's policy.
